(Will be based in the Hartford County area)
Your new role
Some additional job duties for the Construction Foreman include:
- Oversight of the delivery and production of the project
- Manage schedule and activities, including equipment
- Inspect work, manage subcontractors and vendors
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- 4–6 years of construction oversight, (with preference on the residential side)
- Strong Project Management background in construction
- Ability to be onsite to oversee the day-to-day operations
