Your Responsibilities
Public Accounting Firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their Audit & Assurance team. This practice provides attestation services along with accounting and consulting expertise, helping clients navigate complex business challenges while maintaining the highest standards of audit quality.
- Manage client relationships across diverse industries including Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology, Consumer Markets, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, and Manufacturing
- Lead multiple teams, provide performance feedback, and mentor staff
- Anticipate and resolve client concerns while promoting innovative solutions
- Stay current on industry developments and firm standards
- Drive audit quality and efficiency across engagements
What You Need to Succeed
- 5 years of recent external audit experience in public accounting
- CPA license (or ability to obtain reciprocity)
- Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills
- Experience supervising and coaching engagement teams
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and travel as needed
