I'm partnering with a leading California General Contractor with over $300M in annual revenue and a strong reputation for delivering large-scale projects across the state. Due to continued growth, they're looking to hire an Assistant Superintendent to support the delivery of one of the most exciting multifamily developments in Southern California.
You'll play a key role on a landmark 10-year, 200-acre mixed-use development that will feature:
🏡 4,000 Residential Units
🛍️ 150,000 SF Retail Space
🏢 1,000,000 SF Office Space
🌳 100 Acres of Parks & Open Space
