Our partnership client is a thriving and innovative architectural firm with a national presence. They are seeking a mid-level Architect to join the San Francisco team. With offices across the U.S. and a commitment to delivering exceptional architectural, interior design, and branding solutions, they offer a dynamic environment for creativity and professional growth.
Your new role
As a key member of the design team, you will independently contribute to a diverse portfolio of architectural projects spanning various building types and industries. You will develop creative design concepts, produce detailed drawings and presentations, and collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with construction codes and standards. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential in this fast-paced, high-impact role.
What you'll need to succeed
A Degree or Masters in Architecture from a reputable University and 8 years post-graduate progressive experience in the field of architecture, including substantial experience in developing details, planning and design support for design development. You must demonstrate knowledge and experience of building systems, detailing and technology, applicable codes, regulations, standard design solution development, differing building types and project delivery methods. You must enjoy working in a high-pressure environment, reorganizing your day around key priorities, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy engaging at all levels, from Executive leaders to skilled drafters.
