About the Role:
Architect Capital is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team. This is a sophisticated, high-responsibility role that blends executive support with cross-functional project management, research, and operational execution.
This individual will serve as an extension of the CEO - anticipating needs, managing complex workflows, and ensuring that high-priority initiatives move forward. The ideal candidate brings exceptional judgment, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, assist with special projects, and broader coordination.
- Lead and/or support investment, operations, and investor relations teams, including diligence preparation, vendor selection, and strategic communications.
- Support key internal processes, including leadership meetings, off-sites, reporting cycles, and strategic planning sessions.
- Improve organizational effectiveness by building and refining internal systems, documentation, and communication flows.
- Serve as a professional, reliable point of contact for internal teams, LPs, portfolio companies, and external partners.
- Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in finance, business development, or customer success.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills.
- Comfort acting autonomously and driving projects forward independently.
- High degree of integrity, entrepreneurship, and professional maturity.
Compensation & Benefits:
The reasonably expected base salary for this role is $120,000-140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus. Architect also offers comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off.
