Your Responsibilities
The Accounting Associate will support the Accounts Receivable function, including customer invoicing, posting payments, monitoring outstanding balances, and resolving billing discrepancies. You'll also assist with account reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
What You Need to Succeed
You should have at least 2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment and experience working with an ERP system. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. An Associate’s Degree in Accounting is preferred.
