Position Summary

The Foreman is responsible for supervising electrical crews on large-scale commercial and mission critical job sites. This role ensures daily work activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices
• Plan daily tasks in alignment with project schedules
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and project specifications
• Maintain productivity and quality control on assigned scopes of work
• Communicate progress and challenges to the Superintendent
• Assist with material management and tool coordination
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability on-site
  
  

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience leading crews on commercial or mission critical electrical projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to job site safety and quality workmanship
