Overview:

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills and basic technology experience who is eager to grow in an administrative role and advance in the company!


Responsibilities:

·        Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

·        Engage in light conversation to create a welcoming atmosphere.

·        Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.

·        Perform clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, faxing, shredding, and filing documents.

·        Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

·        Maintain reception area and conference rooms in a clean and organized manner.

·        Assist with data entry and updating records accurately.

·        Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.


Qualifications & Expectations:

·        Previous customer service experience required.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·        Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

·        Basic proficiency with computers, email, and office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.).

·        Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized.

·        Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
