Hayloft Property Management Company is looking to hire qualified Maintenance Technicians to work for Class A properties in Wichita, KS.
THE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING:
- General/preventive maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and certain facility equipment.
- Grounds maintenance in compliance with established safety rules, policies and procedures.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED:
- Painting apartments
- Completion of daily assigned work orders
- Maintain inventory levels
- Trained in maintenance of swimming pools and spas
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE (helpful):
- Plumbing
- Drywall
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Curb appeal of property, buildings, and common areas
A maintenance technician is 'on call' for a week at a time on a 24 hour basis. The schedule is on a rotating basis between other maintenance staff as assigned. Normal work schedule is 8-5 (Monday – Friday).
