Maintenance Technician – Now Hiring
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role focuses on completing general and preventive maintenance repairs accurately, efficiently, and with a strong commitment to quality.
No On-Call Requirements(Except in the event of a snow-removal emergency)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or related fields
- Proficient with hand tools and maintenance equipment
- Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
Role & Responsibilities
- Complete assigned daily work orders in a timely, professional manner
- Perform basic building, electrical, painting, and plumbing repairs
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for supplies, tools, and equipment
- Work independently while producing high-quality results and following technical procedures
- Interact professionally with staff, residents, vendors, and service providers
