What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with flair and precision.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and health regulations.
- Operate Clover POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets and special events.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
- Uphold responsible serving practices in compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service.
Basic qualifications
- Must be able to work FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, & SUNDAYS.
- Previous experience in a bartending role within fast paced dining settings is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-energy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations in the food industry.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of wine & brewing techniques to offer a diverse selection of beverages.
