We’re hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Mequon facility. In this role, you’ll own equipment reliability, maintenance performance, and overall uptime. You’ll lead a skilled team, partner closely with operations and engineering, and drive improvements that keep production running efficiently. You’ll have the support and resources needed to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Ensure CNC machines, assembly lines, and facility equipment run reliably to support production needs
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and tracking work through a CMMS
- Develop and improve maintenance routines to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance
- Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) efforts by working with operators on equipment care and improving overall reliability
- Lead and develop maintenance technicians, set priorities, and drive accountability across the team
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to improve performance and support production goals
- Manage spare parts inventory, critical components, and maintenance spending to ensure availability and cost control
- Support equipment installs, machine moves, and facility-related projects
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
- Track key maintenance metrics and follow through on priorities to keep operations on track
- Maintain safe, organized work practices in line with company and regulatory standards
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment
- Skilled in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Familiar with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs
- Knowledgeable in TPM, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement
- A practical problem-solver who can identify issues and follow through on solutions
- A team-focused leader who builds accountability and develops others
- Organized and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience with CNC equipment
