Responsibilities
- Performs routine Incoming and In-process dimensional and visual inspections based on established quality specifications.
- Inspects product samples to evaluate the quality of the full product batch prior to release to finished goods inventory
- Initiate Non-Conforming Material reports as required
- Identify and ensure the movement of non-conforming materials to designated quarantine areas
- Input accurate and timely data into quality reporting systems.
- Ensure inspections are timely, effective, and routinely maintained.
- Trains the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence as needed.
- Perform product and manufacturing process audits on the shop floor.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding quality issues found.
- Performs required SAP Transactions.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Professional Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in inventory
management is a plus. - Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant technical tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of
inventory control simultaneously. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and
suppliers. - Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving and process
improvement. - Experience with SAP preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Salary : $27 - $30
