ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Inspecting to the AQL 1.0 Sampling Plan, 100% Visual inspection Per Aerospace Standards.
- Operating Shear Test Unit for Customer Required Shear Strength Results
- Performing Functional Gage Inspections.
- Operating Handheld gaging.
- Perform Roaming Inspection on Production Floor
- Blueprint reading and interpretation of basic GD & T symbols
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
- Maintain and clean equipment before and after each shift
Position Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Overtime support as needed
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs.
- Strong attention to detailed paperwork/routers
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Must be able to effectively prioritize work and multitask as needed
- Must have a reliable attendance history and good work performance history
- Ability to maintain a high energy level
