Summary/Objective
Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for verifying incoming materials and finished products are properly manufactured by meeting the requirements of internal and customer specifications. In addition, QC Coordinator is expected to be technically knowledgeable regarding plant processes and procedures in order to provide oversight and technical support for operations.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, and a minimum of 40 hours per week is required. This position occasionally requires overtime and occasional weekend work based on operational needs.

- Verification of Food Safety and Quality processes (SOP's, SSOP's, GMPs)

- Experience with documenting data and performing analytical calculations.
- Food plant operations experience.
- Educational experience in analytical, chemical, biological or food sciences
