Overview:
Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support our business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Leadership and Strategy:
o Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
o Lead and manage the HR team to ensure high performance and effective HR service delivery.
o Advise and support senior management on HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
· Talent Acquisition and Management:
o Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
o Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly into the organization.
o Manage employee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on career development and succession planning.
· Employee Relations:
o Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
o Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, addressing any legal issues that arise.
· Compensation and Benefits:
o Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support the company’s objectives.
o Conduct regular salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in the labor market.
· Training and Development:
o Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

· HR Operations:
o Oversee HR metrics and analytics to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
o Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
· Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Supervisor Responsibility:
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment. When in the manufacturing facility, all employees are required to wear personal protective equipment to include/hearing protection, and safety glasses with side shields, and OSHA compliant safety boots/shoes.

While performing duties of this job, the person in this position might remain stationary for long periods of time, while operating a computer and other office machinery. This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets and operate office machinery.

On occasion, the employee may be required to visit the shop that is a non-temperature-controlled environment with loud noises, dust, dirt, and metal particles that are usually associated with metal fabrication shops.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel is required for this position.
