Work / Life balance! We work Monday to Thursday 10 hour shifts from 5 am to 3 pm. There are occasional opportunities for overtime on Fridays. The weekends are yours to spend with your family or enjoy a hobby.

Responsibilities:
- Safely work as a team to ensure efficient operation of automated and manual pallet assembly equipment
- Assemble pallets with new and recycled components
- Occasionally use a forklift
- Understand quality, and customer requirements for the finished products
Qualifications:
- Must provide proper identification to legally work in the United States
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent life experience
- Must have a bank account that can be used for direct deposit
- Must be able to continuously lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests during employment
- Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus
- Prefer to have the ability to safely and knowledgeably operate a pneumatic nail gun, and basic hand tools
- Previous Forklift Certification is a plus
