In this role, you will play a key role in managing U.S. and international trademark matters, keep critical deadlines on track, support portfolio strategy, and assist with a variety of administrative and legal tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file trademark applications and related documents.
- Edit, proofread, and polish legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Assist with portfolio maintenance, document organization, and attorney workflows.
- Review and reconcile client and vendor invoices.
- Perform legal research and compile data from multiple sources.
- Maintain document databases and update client files.
- Take ownership of special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

What We’re Looking for:
- Experienced. You have at least 1-3 years of trademark experience, including filing with the USPTO.
- Meticulous and precision-focused. You produce polished, error-free work and catch inconsistencies before they arise.
- Efficient and process-oriented. You manage multiple deadlines with ease and keep attorneys informed and prepared.
- Communicative. You are professional, responsive, and comfortable interacting with attorneys, clients, and vendors.
- Tech-savvy. You are proficient in Word, Outlook, and Teams.
