Our client is seeking an experienced and driven HVAC General Manager to lead their growing operations in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will oversee daily business functions, manage a team of technicians and office staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving profitability and growth. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for HVAC service, installation, and maintenance operations.
- Manage, train, and mentor service technicians, installers, and administrative staff to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key metrics, ensuring the company meets revenue and profit objectives.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and problem resolution.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including North Carolina HVAC licensing requirements.
- Oversee safety programs and enforce adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive new business opportunities and grow market share.
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and procurement to support efficient operations.
- Report regularly to ownership/executive leadership on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of HVAC industry experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Prior experience with Service Titan REQUIRED
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation, service, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
