Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure pristine conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces with efficiency and care.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to support overall hygiene standards.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are consistently met.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to preserve a polished appearance throughout the property.
• Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans of designated areas as needed to uphold high standards of sanitation.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality environments enhances performance.
• Proven skills in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods and janitorial practices.
• Knowledge of floor care procedures such as buffing, waxing, and carpet extraction.
• Experience managing housekeeping tasks efficiently within busy hotel settings or similar hospitality venues.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
