Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and guest-ready rooms while delivering excellent hospitality and service standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contributes to a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
- Remove trash and handle laundry duties as needed
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Respond professionally to guest requests and team communication
- Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in an organized manner
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and professional attitude
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 25–50 pounds
