Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces with meticulous attention to detail.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff.
• Follow established safety procedures during cleaning tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Use specialized equipment for floor care, including buffing machines and carpet cleaners, to preserve the quality of flooring surfaces.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning schedules and exceed guest expectations consistently.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of hygiene.
