Role summary
We’re hiring a motivated Legal Operations Analyst / Specialist to support contract organization, compliance tracking, vendor documentation, and coordination with external legal counsel. This role is hands-on and provides meaningful exposure to the legal side of running a tech company.
Key responsibilities
- Organize, review, and maintain legal documents (NDAs, contracts, agreements)
- Support contract workflows and ensure documents are properly executed and archived
- Coordinate with external law firms and internal stakeholders
- Track compliance requirements, filing deadlines, and regulatory updates
- Maintain vendor legal documents and assist with onboarding requirements
- Help improve internal legal processes and documentation standards
