Maintenance Manager

Our growing global beverage manufacturing client has an opening for a Maintenance Manager at their facility in the greater Baltimore, MD area. They are seeking a strong leader who can bring their vision to develop a new team. This is a key senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This facility is a two-shift operation with a total of 75 employees. This role offers a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu) with approximately one Friday per month. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 10-12 non-union salaried and hourly maintenance/technical professionals
• Assist in diagnosing complex issues with equipment including conveyors, piping and packaging systems
• Establish and oversee the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability
• Manage repair schedules to minimize downtime and disruption
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance operational efficiency
• Document maintenance and repair activities for future reference and compliance
• Manage CapEx projects
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services
• Be a strong proponent of safety culture, training and adherence
• Keep up-to-date with technological advancements in maintenance engineering

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related technical discipline
• 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Must have demonstrated experience leading change
• Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset
• Reliability experience including building a PM program
• CapEx project experience
• There is a strong preference for beverage bottling experience, but not required

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range $130,000 - $145,000
