Qualifications
- Established experience as a Pastry Chef within a resort, hotel, or high-volume, multi-outlet environment
- Advanced technical skills in plated desserts, bread baking, and large-scale banquet production
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop pastry teams
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day pastry operations across outlets, banquets, and events
- Create and evolve dessert offerings while maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and cost efficiency
- Supervise, schedule, and mentor the pastry team to uphold operational excellence and brand expectations
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
