The Role
We are hiring an Office Coordinator to manage the daily flow of documents, clients, and office operations.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role. The right person can stay organized, prioritize in real time, and keep things moving without needing constant direction.
This role is essential to keeping the office running smoothly throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management (Core)
- Scan and upload documents accurately and promptly
- Name and file documents according to firm protocols
- Maintain consistent, organized digital files
Client Experience
- Greet and seat clients professionally
- Know who is scheduled and who they are meeting with
- Help maintain a calm, organized office environment
Mail and Office Flow
- Process incoming and outgoing mail daily
- Prepare simple mailings and handle post office runs
- Keep physical documents and workflow organized
Real-Time Coordination
- Manage multiple tasks throughout the day
- Prioritize based on urgency
- Stay aware of the schedule and office activity
- Adjust quickly as needs change

Compensation and Benefits:
$20/hour
