THE ROLE
We are hiring a full-time Medicaid Case Coordinator to work closely with our Medicaid Case Manager and be involved in all aspects of Medicaid casework.
This is a hands-on role that combines learning and doing from day one. You will work with real cases while learning how eligibility, documentation, and applications are handled.
This role plays an important part in ensuring our cases are handled accurately and move forward without delay.
Prior Medicaid experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to learn and follow a structured process.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Case Support and Documentation
- Gather and organize client financial and asset information
- Maintain accurate, well-organized case files
- Track and manage documents with a high level of accuracy
- Prepare information used in Medicaid applications
Case Progress and Follow-Through
- Track deadlines and keep cases moving forward
- Follow up with clients and agencies on outstanding items
- Identify missing or inconsistent information
- Ensure details are complete and accurate
Learning and Development
- Work closely with an experienced Medicaid Case Manager
- Learn Medicaid rules, processes, and documentation requirements
- Take on increasing responsibility over time
Work Environment
