What You'll Do
- Perform complete collision repairs from start to finish
- Repair and replace damaged body panels
- Straighten vehicle structural components
- Complete panel alignment and body fitting
- Prepare vehicles for paint
- Diagnose collision damage accurately
- Maintain high-quality workmanship that meets manufacturer standards
- Work efficiently while maintaining production goals
- Communicate with estimators and management throughout repairs
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For
- Previous body shop technician experience required
- I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong welding and metal repair skills
- Experience with frame machines and measuring systems preferred
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
