Position Overview

Job Title: Weatherization Compliance Specialist.
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Pay Range: $24.27 - $26.71 hourly depending on education and experience.
Position Goal
The Weatherization Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring Weatherization Program operations comply with federal, state, and agency policies, procedures, and quality standards. This position supports program integrity by reviewing files, monitoring documentation, assisting with internal program support, and ensuring that program activities meet all Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) requirements.

Education and/or Experience
- Target Qualifications: Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience in Human Services, Energy Efficiency, Finance or Business, or related field.
- Minimum Qualifications: Equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Valid Car Insurance.
