Job Description
Hawk Pool Management is seeking reliable, customer-focused Pool Attendants to assist with the daily operation of community swimming pools. This position is not a lifeguard position and does not require any lifeguard certifications. Pool Attendants help ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for residents and guests while supporting pool management staff.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool entrances and check resident and guest credentials.
- Enforce pool rules and community regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, furniture, and common areas.
- Conduct routine water testing and record results as instructed.
- Report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to management.
- Assist residents and guests with general questions.
- Monitor occupancy levels and maintain orderly pool operations.
- Complete daily reports and logs as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 14 years old.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be dependable, professional, and punctual.
