Hawk Pool Management is looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Lifeguards to join our team for the upcoming pool season. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and making a difference in your community, this is the perfect summer job.
As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of pool patrons, enforcing facility rules, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor swimmers and pool areas to ensure a safe environment.
- Prevent accidents through proactive surveillance and enforcement of pool rules.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid when necessary.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and report safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and complete daily reports.
- Assist with pool opening and closing procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
Qualifications
- Current Lifeguard Certification required (or willingness to obtain before the season begins).
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation preferred.
- Must be dependable, professional, and punctual.
