$18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location: On-site — Colorado Springs, CO
Hours: 40 hours weekly
Hawesome Technologies is seeking a part-time Help Desk Technician to provide hands-on technical support to our clients. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and desktop-related issues; perform repairs and routine system maintenance; and assist end-users with their day-to-day technical needs.
You will be responsible for documenting support requests, escalating complex issues when needed, and delivering a positive, solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Proficiency in desktop setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operating systems
- Experience providing help desk or end-user technical support
- Ability to perform basic hardware repairs and upgrades
- Clear and professional communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , ITIL Foundation) or equivalent experience are a plus
