Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing front desk activities, and facilitating communication between departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

· Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.

· Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

· Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.

· Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.

· Assist with clerical tasks such as typing documents, data entry, and preparing reports.

· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.

· Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.

· Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized.

Skills

· Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.

· Strong clerical skills with proficiency in typing and computer software applications.

· Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

· Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Effective time management abilities to prioritize responsibilities effectively.

· Familiarity with administrative procedures and practices in an office setting.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Position Requirements

· High School Diploma

· 3 years of Secretarial/Administrative experience required.
