What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst position at Hawaii National Bank?
Assists in activities associated with the bank’s financial and management reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and corporate performance management functions, including the preparation of financial statements and other reports, and maintenance of the bank’s performance management systems. Responsibilities associated with this position are cross-functional and related to mission-critical functions within the Accounting Department and Business Analytics Unit.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration: Accounting or Finance preferred, 1-2 years of progressive accounting experience including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or financial modeling preferred. Strong team player, excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills. Strong PC skills; working knowledge of all common Office applications (i.e. Word & Excel). Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines.
