We are seeking a motivated Training & Communications Coordinator to support employee development programs, internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and company-wide projects that strengthen our teams and culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate employee training schedules, registrations, attendance tracking, and participant communication
  • Support onboarding, employee development, and leadership training initiatives
  • Manage training records, certifications, reporting, and learning system administration
  • Maintain training calendars, documentation, and compliance-related records
  • Support internal communications, company announcements, newsletters, and organizational updates
  • Assist with presentations, flyers, digital communication materials, and employee-facing content
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, onboarding activities, and company events
  • Partner with teams across the organization to support training, communication, and culture-building initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, communications, employee engagement, HR support, training support, marketing support, or related experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Experience with Canva, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, or similar communication tools
  • Experience supporting training programs, employee engagement initiatives, or internal communications
  • Experience coordinating projects, company events, or administrative processes
