The Opportunity

Our Merchandising Team plays an important role in ensuring products are stocked, organized, and properly represented in stores throughout Hawai‘i.

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Evening Merchandising Team Lead to support assigned store accounts while helping train, guide, and support team members to maintain strong service standards across the field.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, supporting others, and taking pride in delivering consistent service each day.

Assigned service areas may include:

• Mililani
• Waipio
• Kunia
• Kapolei
• Hawai‘i Kai

What You’ll Do

• Stock and rotate perishable food products on store shelves
• Organize displays and maintain product presentation standards
• Transport products from store backrooms to sales floors
• Build positive relationships with store associates and managers
• Assist with promotional displays and merchandising materials
• Use mobile applications for mileage tracking, product counts, and timekeeping
• Support multiple store locations within assigned routes
• Help support and guide team members to maintain service consistency
• Communicate store issues, product concerns, and service needs to management
• Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and strong communication

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance required
• Smartphone with internet access for required work applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Previous merchandising experience preferred
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Must currently reside on O‘ahu
