This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team committed to improving outcomes for Hawai‘i’s keiki.Deliver meaningful services through partnerships with:The Hawai‘i Department of EducationEarly Intervention Services (for ages 0–3)Private insurance providersDevelopmental Disabilities DivisionRESPONSIBILITIES:Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to support client progress.Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments to guide clinical decision-making.Accurately document therapy sessions in the medical record in accordance with program standards and regulatory requirements.Identify and address potential barriers to discharge during initial assessments and ongoing collaboration with clients and their families.Build and maintain effective partnerships with community agencies and external resources to support client outcomes.Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality service delivery.REQUIREMENTS:Certified BCBA in good standingProven experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with autism.Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and effectively supervise team members.Strong clinical judgment with the ability to make independent decisions that support best practices and high-quality care.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Competitive PayPaid training and time offOpportunities for advancementOpportunities to work on research and development projectsMedical and dental coverageABOUT HAWAII BEHAVIORAL HEALTHHawaii Behavioral Health was founded in 1993 to serve Hawaii's youth and families through behavioral, educational, and social health services.
