POSITION SUMMARY:
Deliver meaningful services through partnerships with:
- The Hawai‘i Department of Education
- Early Intervention Services (for ages 0–3)
- Private insurance providers
- Developmental Disabilities Division
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to support client progress.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments to guide clinical decision-making.
- Accurately document therapy sessions in the medical record in accordance with program standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and address potential barriers to discharge during initial assessments and ongoing collaboration with clients and their families.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with community agencies and external resources to support client outcomes.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Certified BCBA in good standing
- Proven experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with autism.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and effectively supervise team members.
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to make independent decisions that support best practices and high-quality care.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
