Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time


POSITION SUMMARY:

As a BCBA with HBH, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavioral, emotional, and developmental disabilities. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team committed to improving outcomes for Hawai‘i’s keiki.


Deliver meaningful services through partnerships with:

  • The Hawai‘i Department of Education
  • Early Intervention Services (for ages 0–3)
  • Private insurance providers
  • Developmental Disabilities Division


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to support client progress.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments to guide clinical decision-making.
  • Accurately document therapy sessions in the medical record in accordance with program standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and address potential barriers to discharge during initial assessments and ongoing collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with community agencies and external resources to support client outcomes.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Certified BCBA in good standing
  • Proven experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with autism.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and effectively supervise team members.
  • Strong clinical judgment with the ability to make independent decisions that support best practices and high-quality care.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Salary : $70 - $75
