Pay: Starting at $17.00 an hour, more with experience
Schedule: The first 2 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:45pm for training. Training is paid. ( The length of the training class may be adjusted as needed ). After training the schedule will be 9:00am-6:00pm. Schedule rotation: 4 weekdays and Saturday, then 5 weekdays with the weekend off.

Specific Duties
- Responsible for competently responding to incoming, outgoing phone calls, pre-and post-delivery calls and email.
- Responsible for using My Service Center to create, maintain and resolve Customer Service issues.
- Responsible for maintaining an action driven To Do list and working the list to keep it current daily.
- Responsible for learning procedural, policy and system enhancements and adapting to changes as they occur
- Salary starts at $17.00 per hour, more with experience

Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment

- Must work positively in a team environment.
- Ability to professionally interact with customers and other team members
- Basic computer skills, including experience with an automated system
- Detail-oriented
- Must have prior call center experience
- Ability to pass criminal background check, and drug test.
- Office setting, business dress code
- Schedules rotation: Rotation: 4 weekdays and Saturday then 5 weekdays with the weekend off
- Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer and phone, perform repetitive tasks, and demonstrate proficient attention to detail.
