- Provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads
- Assist the Property Manager in communicating with current and future residents, participating in promotional events, and building relationships with the community
- Solve problems by overcoming objections
- Lease apartments and use the tools and resources available to close the sale
- Support other team members by assisting them as needed
You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things:

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers:
- Help achieve weekly leasing goals with a 95% occupancy goal
- Obtain a renewal retention rate of 35%
- Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month
