You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following:
- Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable.
- Work with the Regional Manager on integrating all major operating functions within the community (leasing and maintenance).
- Conduct and participate in weekly Level10 Meetings to review all scorecard data to ensure successful operations.
- Review monthly financial statements with the Regional Manager to identify areas of opportunity and weaknesses.
- Obsession with values, focus, and clarity.

- Help achieve weekly occupancy goals of 95%
- Obtain a renewal retention rate of 80%
- Meet the property’s budgeted NOI.
