Seeking a Food Service Director for a short and long-term care facility located in the Haverhill, MA area.
Qualifications:
CDM Certificate (Certified Dietary Manager)
ServSafe Certified
2 years’ experience within the Health Care Industry
Associate Degree in a Food & Nutrition field preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Leads department in cooking and meal preparation
Manages food and meal prep budget
Follows local, state, and federal agency food/meal prep guidelines
Fosters a positive work environment among the kitchen staff crew
Develops and implements an effective quality assurance program
