Position Overview:
As an LNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and daily comfort of our residents. Working alongside a dedicated care team, you'll build meaningful relationships while providing hands-on care and support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining
- Supporting resident mobility, transfers, and positioning while following safety guidelines
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and reporting changes in resident condition
- Responding promptly and compassionately to resident needs and requests
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Collaborating with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident-centered care
- Promoting resident independence, dignity, and quality of life
- Following all state regulations, facility policies, and infection control practices
What We're Looking For:
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in New Hampshire
- Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or healthcare is preferred but not required
- A compassionate and positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and physical care needs
- Dependable, professional, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
