The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Professional commercial painting experience.
- The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- The ability to work efficiently and effectively with residents, staff, volunteers, families, and visitors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability to respond to emergency calls and participate in the on-call rotation.
