Position Overview
The In-Home Care Professional provides personal care, companionship, and household support to seniors and individuals.
Responsibilities:
Personal Care & Daily Living
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and hygiene
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Remind clients to take prescribed medications (no administration required)
Companionship & Emotional Support
- Offer conversation, reading, and recreational activities
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
QualificationsEducation & Certification
- Home Care Aide (HCA), Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare
