Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time & Part-Time
Location: Tuscola, IL
New Rate: $30.00–$35.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend Availability

Haven of Tuscola is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies
Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift
Qualifications:
Active Illinois LPN license required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
Ability to work every other weekend
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
