Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor residents' conditions, vital signs, and promptly report changes.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, residents, and family members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Respond to resident needs with professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while adhering to all healthcare policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or a healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
