What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care:
Lead and support nursing assistants to ensure excellent patient care
Administer medications safely and accurately per physician orders
Complete admission, discharge, and transfer documentation
Conduct daily rounds and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking nurses who lead with compassion and professionalism:
Active RN license (as required by the state)
Availability to work every other weekend
Compliance with state healthcare background requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of healthcare safety, sanitation, and best practices
Ability to build positive relationships with residents and families
Professional, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure
