What You’ll Do
As an Activity Aide, you’ll help create engaging experiences for our residents that makes every day special. From games and crafts to music and social events, you’ll play a key role in bringing energy and excitement to our community.
You will:
Lead fun and meaningful group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
Encourage residents to participate and engage socially.
Help plan and organize the monthly activity calendar.
Keep documentation and records up to date.
Support a positive, inclusive, and caring environment for all residents.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in social or recreational programming, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting.
A warm personality, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Creativity, reliability, and a team spirit!
