What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant Sedona Hourly position at Haven of Sedona?
The Administrative Assistant handles general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications between colleagues and visitors, vendors, clients, organizing schedules and events, entering data, maintaining office equipment, Breakroom supplies and more. The Administrative Assistant will assist and support the Human Resources Manager with new hires processing including on-boarding. The Administrative Assistant may perform other activities in multiple human resources areas, Operations and Branding. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Human Resources Manager and Executive Director.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet visitors and make them feel comfortable, both in person and over the phone
- Assist in recruiting efforts, on-boarding, and new-hires as necessary
- Help coordinate and plan facility events
- Assist HR in duties related to staff development and facility engagement
- Maintain facility communication network to keep staff and family contact info up to date
- Assist in other front office roles as necessary
- Mailing distribution
> Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
